Working with Flexi

Questions

What is Flexi?

Flexi is the one you talk to in a project’s Chats. He plans with you, writes the Doc and Tasks beside the chat, changes your site’s code and puts it live. Tell him what you want in plain words.

Where is my website?

Every project is a real site from the first minute, at its own address. Preview on the rail shows it and every build; Settings › Deployment has the address and your own domain.

How do I use my own domain?

Settings › Deployment › Domain. Type the domain you own and follow the two lines it gives you to add at your domain provider. It goes live once they have spread, usually within the hour.

What are chats, the Doc and Tasks?

A chat is one piece of work with Flexi. Beside it, the Doc says what it is, what was decided and what is next, Tasks is its checklist, and Files is everything it made or you sent. Topics split a chat that grows a second subject.

What is the Library?

The project’s clean, agreed documentation: what it is for, who it is for, the brand, the plans. Flexi reads it on every turn. Ask him to turn what a chat produced into a Library doc when it is settled.

What is the Repo?

Your site’s code, in a GitHub repository that is yours. Flexi commits to it; you can open any file on the Repo rail item. Nothing is locked in: the code is yours to take anywhere.

How do I give Flexi a key or password?

Never paste one into a chat. Flexi asks with a card that saves straight into your Vault, or add it yourself in Settings › Vault. Your site gets it from its next build.

What is the project inbox?

Every project has its own email address, shown under the Inbox list. Forward a quote, a brief or a receipt to it and it lands there, kept with the project.

How much does it cost?

Each project starts with a free trial. After it, Flexi pauses until the project has a plan; your site and everything you made stay yours and readable. Settings › Billing shows the plan and the price.

Can I bring my existing code or app?

Yes. Start a new project from a code zip, your website’s address, or a FlutterFlow export, and Flexi sets the repo up from it.
