Getting around

Mission control, the rail and its places, and the bar on a phone.

Updated 27 Oct 2026

A project lives at flexos.me/b/<project>. On a laptop it is three columns: the rail on the left, a list, and what you opened. On a phone you see one at a time, with a bar at the bottom.

Mission control

The first screen. A box at the top, What shall we do?, starts a new space with Flexi. Under it: Get set up (five first steps, hidden with the eye), Plans, Running now, Agents, What you've missed and your Website. The project's name at the top of the rail brings you back here.

The rail

Each place says when to go there:

  • Spaces: work on anything with Flexi.
  • Chat: talk with your team.
  • Library: all about your business.
  • Files: photos, documents and code.
  • Apps: your website and agents.
  • Inbox: the project's email.
  • Connections: link the tools you use.
  • Vault: passwords and keys.
  • Data: customers, orders and lists.

An orange dot means something new; amber means something to set up. At the foot: a button that folds the rail down to its icons, and your name, which opens Settings. The round green button at the bottom right is Flexi's chat, about whatever you have open.

On a phone

The bar has Spaces, Library, Chat, Apps and More. More has the other places, then All projects, Settings and Dark or Light.
