Spaces and Flexi

Spaces

One piece of work each: starting one, the conversation, a space for people only, Chat pages.

Updated 7 Oct 2026

A space is one piece of work: the home page, setting up a database, an agent that chases orders. You talk in it with Flexi, and everything the work produces is kept in it. Start a new one for each piece of work.

Starting one

Tap New space on the Spaces list (on a phone, Spaces in the bottom bar, then the +). Type what's on your mind and send it. The space is named from that first message; its title can improve later (tap it in the header), but the folder it lives in keeps its first name.

Or start with a Document, a Table, a Drawing or a Page: the space opens with that thing already in it.

The conversation

  • Your message goes to Flexi, who answers in the same space. His replies can carry chips (tap one to send it) and cards (a choice to pick, a key to save, a sign-up to watch, a build's progress).
  • Files you attach are kept in the space's Files.
  • Never paste a key (an API key, a password, a card number). The box stops it before it is sent and offers Save to Vault and send: the key goes to the Vault and the message says where it went. Send without it sends the rest.

The list of spaces

Spaces are listed newest activity first, each with its last line and a dot when something is new. Find a space searches their names. Board shows them in columns you make, a column being a tag.

A space for people only

The space's ⋯ has Flexi stays quiet here: messages are kept for the people in the space, and Flexi doesn't answer until someone picks Let Flexi answer here.

Chat pages

Every thing in the project (a Library document, a box, an agent, a connection) has a Chat page: every space that talks about it, newest first, and a box that starts a new space about it.
