What Flexi can do

Flexi is the one you talk to in a space. He reads the whole project (the Library, every space, the code), keeps the space's notes and list, and makes things in it: documents, tables, drawings, pages and pictures. He reads the web, looks at pictures and pages, and sets up the services your project uses.

What he hands to a helper

Work that needs focus he doesn't do in the conversation. He writes a brief and hands it to a helper, which reports back in the space:

• The Library: when something is settled, or you say "put it in the Library", a helper writes or updates the document.
• A build: when you say "build it", a helper builds the change on its own copy of the code, checks it on a preview on a phone and a laptop, light and dark, and puts it live when the box says so. Its card shows in the space as it goes; what only you can give lands in the space's List.

What he never does

• Change your site's code from the conversation: code changes only through a build.
• Ask for a key in a message, or show one: keys go to the Vault.
• Send mail from the Inbox: it only receives.
