The Inbox

Your project's own email address, what lands there, and the welcome mail.

Every project has its own email address, your-name@inbox.flexos.me. Mail sent or forwarded to it lands in the Inbox on the rail, kept with the project.

Reading it

The list is newest first. Open a mail to read it, as text or as the sender's page with nothing from the web loaded. Opening marks it read for the whole team. The address sits under the list on a green chip, and a tap copies it.

Every inbox starts with a welcome mail from Flexi (put there, not sent) saying what the address is for; while it is the only mail it opens by itself.

What it is for

• Forward a quote, a brief, a receipt or a thread, and it is kept with the project.
• A service you sign up to with the project's address sends its verification mail here, where you can open it. The guided sign-up in Connections uses it for that.

Flexi cannot read it

The Inbox is yours. When a mail matters to the work, paste the part that matters into the chat.
