Working with Flexi

What a chat holds

Notes, Tasks, its things, Everything else and Archived, with the box under all of it.

Updated 4 Oct 2026

Everything a chat holds is listed under it, as its stack. On a desktop the open chat unfolds in the Chats list: its own row is the talk, and under it the stack. On a phone the layers icon at the top right of the chat opens the stack as a screen; Chat, its first row, brings you back to the talk.

Notes and Tasks

Pinned first. Notes is a running summary in Flexi's words: what this chat is, what was decided, what is next. Tasks is what is owed: Flexi adds them as he works; you tick, drop and add your own. Edit either between his turns (while he is replying they say so), and your change reaches him with your next message. Under them, the chat's named notes.

Its things

What you work on and come back to: what Flexi made (a page mockup, a document, a palette), the boards drawn in the chat, and the pages and notes he wrote. New ones come first; drag one by its grip into any order and it stays there. Hover one on a desktop, or swipe it left on a phone, to archive it.

Everything else

One bucket for the rest: pictures, the files you sent, PDFs and other files. On a desktop a grid of previews under Pages, Pictures, PDFs and Other files; on a phone one list, newest first. Any file opens: a picture fitted to the panel, a PDF in the browser's own viewer, anything else by its name and size, with Download.

Archived

What you put away, with Restore on each. Nothing is moved or deleted.

The box stays

Whatever you open, the chat's message box stays under it: what you say goes into the same talk, and while the talk is not on screen, Flexi's answer shows over the box. A tap on it takes you back.

A chat's things are its drafts. What should outlast the chat goes into the Library when you tell Flexi to write it up; the Library article says how.
