What each tab holds, and what Save to Library does.
Work is what a chat made. On a desktop, Chat | Work in the header switches the view; on a phone, the files icon on Chat opens Work and the chat bubble brings you back. Work's own tabs are a row under the header: Files, Doc, Tasks, Context. Under a topic each tab shows only that topic's things.
One list, newest first: what Flexi made (a page mockup, a web page, a document, a picture, a PDF, each saying what it is), the files in his working folder, and the files you sent. A palette's colours show as swatches.
A chat's Files are its drafts. A document that should outlast the chat goes to the Library; the Library article says how.
A running summary in Flexi's words: what this chat is, what was decided, what is next. One for Everything and one per topic; the tab shows the doc of what you are on. Edit it with the pencil between his turns (while he is replying the pencil is off and says so), and your edit reaches him with your next message. Its Save to Library (at the bottom on a phone) files that doc.
What is owed. Flexi adds tasks as he works; you tick them, drop them, and add your own from the field at the top. Each is filed under the topic it was made in, and Everything lists them all with their topic. Flexi knows what he wrote, not what you ticked or added: say it in the chat when it matters.
What you pinned to this chat so Flexi reads it every turn: repo files, Library docs, and other chats (their Doc, never their conversation). The field at the top finds all three as you type, and a tap or Enter pins one; @ in the message box pins a repo file; the × on a pinned row unpins it.
