Spaces and Flexi

Pages and versions

A page Flexi makes, every version side by side, notes on it, and the one you approve.

Updated 7 Oct 2026

When you want to see a page (a home page, an order form, a screen of an app), ask Flexi for one. He makes it, looks at it on a laptop and a phone, and puts it in the space. Each new try is a new version, and nothing good is lost.

One page, many versions

The first try is one page in the space. Once there is a second version, the page becomes a folder that opens in the viewer: every version side by side, the newest on the right.

  • Laptop or Phone, Light or Dark: how you look at it.
  • Brief: what was asked for that version and what changed. Design: its colours, type and parts. Plumbing: where each value on it would come from. Compare: any two versions side by side.
  • Make current marks the version you approve (with Undo). It means approved, nothing more: putting a page on your site is a build.

Notes

  1. Tap Add notes, then tap the page where something should change and write what.
  2. Each note is kept with the version as you leave it, and drawn on the page as a numbered pin.
  3. Send to Flexi sends every waiting note as one message in the space. He reads them together, makes the next version and says what he did with each.

Safe to open

A page is shown in a sealed frame: it can use only the files in its own folder and Google Fonts, can't reach anything else, and can't leave the frame.
