A read-only link to a document, page, table or drawing.
Share, in the corner of a document, a page, a table or a drawing, makes a link anyone can open without signing in. They see it as it is now, read-only.
Making and ending a link
- Open the thing and tap Share.
- Turn it on: the link shows, with Copy.
- Turn it off and the link stops working at once.
A page being designed shares its approved (current) version, or its newest when none is approved. A shared page runs in the same sealed frame as in the space.
A link works for whoever has it. Share what you would be happy to see forwarded.
